**Images in Britannica will save as a WEBP file. You need to convert them to JPG in order to upload them to your board. Use this site to convert: https://cloudconvert.com/webp-to-jpg. Or, use the Snipping Tool to save the image as a jpg.

- Select File-Make a copy to edit the form
- Rename with your assigned revolution and period number. Ex: Haitian Revolution 2
- If working with a partner, one group member will make a copy and share it.
- When finished taking notes, you will upload the Notetaking Google Doc to the Discovery Ed board.
CITING SOURCES
Create a New Project and share it with Mrs. Matjasic. To share: Click the + sign that appears below the SHARING heading. Click +SHARE and type "Conley" in the Project Inbox Name box. Select the appropriate period # and click Done.
Citing images from databases: Images in library databases contain pre-formatted citations. You can follow the same directions above, however you will select "Photo or Image Born Digital" instead of "Original Content".
Citing images from websites: Select “Website" followed by "Photo or Image Born Digital". Fill in as many blanks as you can (the name of the site, the copyright date, the URL, a description of the image, etc.) Be sure to cite the webpage on which the image is found, not Google Images.
- If you get information and an image from the same source, you need to cite them separately.
- The works cited is worth 20 points. See below for the rubric.

To cite images added through Discover Ed Studio Board:
Click the "Open Image" icon below the image
Click the "Open Image" icon below the image
Copy the MLA citation to paste into Noodletools.
To add your Google Doc to the board:
Add a text box to the board. Click the Share button at the top of your Google Doc and copy the sharing link. Paste the link in the text box on the board.
To submit your project:
Click the Share button at the top of your board. Please note that you will not be able to edit your board after you share it.
